Transfer between the airport (MYS) and the Hyatt Regency is 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Meals will be provided to all registered attendees beginning with reception fare on Monday evening through breakfast on Thursday.
The Hyatt Regency offers a variety of vegetarian / gluten free / nut free items during meals and breaks.
Evenings

- Tuesday: Buffet dinner at offsite venue, Generations Hall
- Wednesday: Food stations and beverages at the networking dinner

How to access Braindate:
- Open the GHX Summit app
- Tap the Braindate icon in the lower right corner of the menu bar
- Confirm the terms & conditions when prompted

Set up your profiles, there are two:
Event app profile: Tap More (bottom right), select My Info, then tap the pencil icon (top right) to edit
Braindate profile: Follow these easy instructions (takes less than 1 minute) - Browse the Topic Market and join Braindates that interest you throughout the conference
- You can also host a Braindate topic and invite other attendees for a 1:1 conversation. You can only host one group topic at a time until that group topic is full, then you will be able to host another topic.

Pre-building your schedule serves as an on-site guide to the sessions you don't want to miss.
My Agenda comes pre-filled with General Sessions, meals, breaks and evening events.
How to add sessions to My Agenda
- Log in to app for full functionality
- Browse agenda then tap on a session
- Tap the clock icon in lower right
- Tap "+" to add the session
To remove the session, simply tap the icon again.
Note
- Multiple sessions can be selected in the same time slot
- Session selection is not required to attend the session

Meet & Greet Therapy Dogs
At GHX Summit 2026, therapy dogs from Alliance of Therapy Dogs (ATD) will make several visits to meet and greet attendees!
ATD is an international registry of certified therapy dog teams. It provides testing, certification, registration, support, and insurance for members who volunteer with their dogs in animal-assisted activities. Their objective is to form a network of caring individuals and special dogs willing to share smiles and joy with people, young and old alike.

Your attendance at any Breakout session will earn you 0.5 AHRMM-approved CEC (Continuing Education Credit) hours. The total number of contact hours earned at the Summit is based on badge scanning for CEC-qualified sessions.
This event has been accredited by the Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals, Inc. (AHVAP) for 5.25 continuing education credits for the Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional (CVAHP) board certification and all AHVAP Certification Center micro-credentials. The Continuing Education Accreditation code for this activity is 2026-213-2. For specific information related to the continuing education of this event, please contact AHVAP’s Education Team: info@ahvap.org.
