About the GHX Summit

The GHX Summit is an annual, in-person event that brings together healthcare providers, suppliers and distributors for three days of real-world learning, best practice sharing and networking. Now in its 26th year, the Summit is perfect for all levels of attendees—from the executive to the frontline workforce—who are helping to advance the patient-centered business of healthcare.

  • User Groups – Customer-led, knowledge-sharing discussions focused on GHX product functionalities and best practices, designed to deepen a user’s understanding of the product with actionable insights for overcoming common challenges and obstacles.
  • ERP User Groups – ERP-specific sessions (Infor, Oracle and Workday) provide an informal opportunity to learn how GHX can support ERP cloud migrations, best practices and learnings.

Agenda, Attendee List & Presentations 

  • The 2026 program covers a broad range of topics providing healthcare organizations with new knowledge, insights and best practices around today's critical industry challenges.

The Schedule-at-a-Glance, featuring a general day-by-day flow of activities, can be found today on the GHX Summit home page. In January 2026, the preliminary agenda will be published showing a list of confirmed sessions to date (session title, abstract and speaker name). As more sessions are confirmed, they will be added to the list. About one month prior to the event, the preliminary agenda will be replaced with the detailed agenda, a comprehensive final agenda that includes session times and room locations. 
  
Registrants will receive an email notification when the initial preliminary agenda is published, when the detailed agenda is published, and when other significant announcements warrant. The agenda is subject to change at any point before or during the GHX Summit.

Yes, the mobile app will be available roughly 2-3 weeks before the GHX Summit. Registrants will receive an email with instructions when the app is available to download.

Registrants will be able to view attendee names and organizations in the event mobile app.

GHX welcomes speaker proposals that are educational and offer best-practice learning or share success stories on a range of topics related to improving the patient-centered business of healthcare.

Continuing Education Credit 

Yes, the GHX Summit is a great way to earn AHRMM-approved CECs for maintaining your Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) designation. Closer to the event, we will share which Breakout sessions qualify for CEC credits. 

The number of CECs earned is based on the number of AHRMM-approved sessions attended. Badge scanning at the entrance to sessions will validate your participation. 

Provider attendees who earn CECs will receive their certificate via email from summit@ghx.com in June 2026. 

Dates, Times & Logistics 

  • The GHX Summit begins: Monday, May 11, 2026 (late afternoon/early evening; exact time TBA) 
  • The GHX Summit ends: Thursday, May 14, 2026 (mid-late morning; exact time TBA)

  • Recommended hotel arrival: Monday, May 11, prior to 3:00 PM CT 
  • Recommended hotel departure: Thursday, May 14, after 11:00 AM CT  

The GHX Summit offers early and standard registration options: 

  • Early registration (through Feb 7, 2026): $999/person 
  • Standard registration (starting Feb 8, 2026): $1,600/person  

All attendees receive the following:

  • Attendance at General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, User Groups and Solution Overviews (some exceptions may apply based on a specific session's recommended audience)
  • Evening networking events
  • Meals beginning with heavy hors d'oeuvres at the opening reception on Monday, May 11, through breakfast on Thursday, May 14
  • Conference materials and handouts
  • Event mobile app access and conference space wi-fi 

Prorated registration options are not available.

Location & Lodging

All GHX Summit 2026 activities, except for the May 12 evening event, will take place at:

On Tuesday, May 12th, GHX will host an evening event offsite. Location for the evening event will be announced and posted as it becomes available.

No, hotel cost is not included in the GHX Summit registration fee.

Rooms are available at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans for the rate of $269/night plus tax. Rates available for the period starting three days pre-Summit through three days post-Summit, based on hotel availability.

Please book your hotel as soon as possible; availability is first come, first served. The deadline to reserve your room at the negotiated rate is Friday, April 18, 2026. 

Please register for the GHX Summit before booking your hotel room. Upon completion of your event registration, a link to the Hyatt Regency New Orleans's online reservation system will be provided: 

  • On your registration confirmation page  
  • In the email confirming your Summit registration

To receive the room block rate, you must reserve your room using the GHX-provided link. A credit card is required to reserve a room; no charge will be incurred at the time of reservation. Note that you will receive a hotel confirmation number separate from your GHX Summit registration number.

GHX room block rates are available three days before and after the GHX Summit. Make your extended reservation just as you normally would, entering the full date range of your intended stay. 

A credit card is required for all reservations at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, as is standard practice across the hotel industry. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of reservation.

Please refer to your reservation confirmation email from the Hyatt Regency New Orleans for instructions on modifying your hotel reservation.

Please contact Hyatt Regency New Orleans directly to cancel a room reservation. Contact information can be found on your reservation confirmation email from the Hyatt. Cancellations must be received 72 hours in advance to avoid a 1-night charge.  

Note: If you cancel your GHX Summit registration, you are responsible for cancelling your hotel.
