Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation between the airport and hotel.
Transfer between the airport (ATL) and the Hyatt Regency is 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
Meals will be provided to all registered attendees beginning with reception fare on Tuesday evening through breakfast on Friday.
The Hyatt Regency offers a variety of vegetarian / gluten free / nut free items during meals and breaks.
Evenings
- Tuesday: Appetizers and beverages at the Welcome Reception in the Hyatt Regency
- Wednesday: Buffet dinner at offsite venue, THE ROOF at Ponce City Market
- Thursday: Food stations and beverages at the Quarter Century of Excellence celebration in the Hyatt Regency
*GHX is proud to partner with Second Helpings Atlanta for the donation of leftover food from Summit meals. Second Helpings is a local non-profit organization dedicated to ending hunger and food waste in the Metro Atlanta area. Their mission is to rescue healthy, nutritious surplus food and distribute it to those in need.

Summit20 Talks
- 20-minute TED-style talks offered Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning
- Presented by subject matter experts from industry and GHX, covering a wide range of trending business topics
- Location: Lower Leve 2 (LL2), Hanover D&E
User Groups
- 45-minute sessions; 3 sessions on both Wednesday and Thursday
- Presented by GHX Solution Engineers and customers with a focus on GHX solutions

- 45-minute sessions; 3 concurrent on Friday morning

Make the most of your time at the Summit by creating your personal Summit schedule, or "My Agenda" in the app. Pre-building your schedule serves as an on-site guide to the sessions you don't want to miss.
My Agenda comes pre-filled with General Sessions, meals, breaks and evening events.
How to add sessions to My Agenda
- Log in to app for full functionality
- Browse agenda then tap on a session
- Tap the clock icon in lower right
- Tap "+" to add the session
To remove the session, simply tap the icon again.
Note
- Multiple sessions can be selected in the same time slot
- Session selection is not required to attend the session
Dress code throughout the Summit is business casual. Below are attire recommendations for the evening events.
- Tuesday evening Welcome Reception: Casual
- Wednesday evening at Ponce City Market: Comfortable-casual; dress for (covered) outdoor weather.
- Thursday evening "A Quarter Century of Excellence": Casual cocktail is encouraged (think suits or blazers with dress pants, midi dresses, stylish jumpsuits or elegant skirts and blouses).

Check in at the GHX Summit Registration Desk on Lower Level 1 (LL1) of the Conference Center to get your badge and printed program. Badges are required at all Summit activities.

If a registrant would like to bring a guest to evening functions, a Plus One Pass is available for purchase.

Daytime sessions and meals are excluded. Respectfully, other than the Plus One Pass for evening events, please make separate plans for spending time together with non-registrants, such as family and friends traveling with you.
Passholders will receive their guest badge at check in at the Summit Registration Desk.
At GHX Summit 2025, therapy dogs from Alliance of Therapy Dogs (ATD) will make several visits to meet and greet attendees!
ATD is an international registry of certified therapy dog teams. It provides testing, certification, registration, support, and insurance for members who volunteer with their dogs in animal-assisted activities. Their objective is to form a network of caring individuals and special dogs willing to share smiles and joy with people, young and old alike.

Participate in our "Bring a Book, Leave a Book" swap by bringing a professional or personal development book to leave behind and plan to pick up a new one for yourself. Two shelving units will be available for the books on Lower Level 2 (LL2) in the foyer area outside of Summit Central and the Breakout sessions.

Attendee names are displayed when logged into the mobile app.
After Summit, recordings of most Breakout and Summit20 Talk sessions will be accessible for on-demand viewing in June 2025. You will receive an email when the recordings become available. Keep an eye on your inbox.
Your attendance at any Breakout session will earn you 0.5 AHRMM-approved CEC (Continuing Education Credit) hours. The total number of contact hours earned at the Summit is based on badge scanning for CEC-qualified sessions.
CEC certificates will be emailed to provider Summit participants in June.
