• Breakout Sessions – Providers, suppliers and other industry representatives share actionable expertise, strategies, best practices and success stories on some of the most critical issues affecting healthcare.  
• Summit20 Talks – Experts, influencers and transformational leaders share knowledge and insights on trending topics in these popular, 20-minute TED Talk-style presentations. 
• Solution Overview Sessions – GHX product experts take an in-depth look at GHX solutions, highlighting not just how they work but the value they provide and the challenges they help solve.  
• User Groups [new for 2025] – Customer-led, knowledge-sharing discussions focused on GHX product functionalities and best practices, designed to deepen a user’s understanding of the product with actionable insights for overcoming common challenges and obstacles.
• ERP User Groups – ERP-specific sessions (Infor, Oracle and Workday) provide an informal opportunity to learn how GHX can support ERP cloud migrations, best practices and learnings. 

The GHX Summit provides opportunities for attendees to connect and engage with each other. From the opening reception to casual dinners, participants can build relationships in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. 

• GHX Solution Zone – Drop in to spend time 1:1 with GHX product experts to ask questions, talk best practices and gain hands-on knowledge about GHX solutions.  
• Evening Networking Events – Join all Summit attendees for several fun evening events, including a special off-site evening at a popular Atlanta venue. Stay tuned for details as we announce these fun, welcoming events to unwind from busy days and reconnect with industry friends and meet many new ones. 
• GHX Shop – Redeem points earned throughout the GHX Summit at the GHX Shop, offering a selection of unique and fun take-home items. Or choose to convert your points to a donation benefiting one of several nonprofit community impact organizations.   

Winners of the 2024 GHXcellence Awards will be announced and celebrated during GHX Summit 2025. Additionally, we will recognize:

The 2025 program covers a broad range of topics providing healthcare organizations with new knowledge, insights and best practices around today's critical industry challenges.

The Schedule-at-a-Glance, featuring a general day-by-day flow of activities, can be found today on the GHX Summit home page. In January 2025, the preliminary agenda will be published showing a list of confirmed sessions to date (session title, abstract and speaker name). As more sessions are confirmed, they will be added to the list. About one month prior to the event, the preliminary agenda will be replaced with the detailed agenda, a comprehensive final agenda that includes session times and room locations. 
  
Registrants will receive an email notification when the initial preliminary agenda is published, when the detailed agenda is published, and when other significant announcements warrant. The agenda is subject to change at any point before or during the GHX Summit. 

Curious what the agenda will be like? While the GHX Summit schedule and sessions are new each year, viewing last year's online agenda may give you a feel for what to expect.

Yes, the mobile app will be available roughly 2-3 weeks before the GHX Summit. Registrants will receive an email with instructions when the app is available to download.

GHX welcomes speaker proposals that are educational and offer best-practice learning or share success stories on a range of topics related to improving the patient-centered business of healthcare.

Yes, the GHX Summit is a great way to earn AHRMM-approved CECs for maintaining your Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) designation. Closer to the event, we will share which Breakout sessions qualify for CEC credits. 

The number of CECs earned is based on the number of AHRMM-approved sessions attended. Badge scanning at the entrance to sessions will validate your participation. 

Provider attendees who earn CECs will receive their certificate via email from summit@ghx.com in June 2025. 

• The GHX Summit begins: Tuesday, May 13, 2024 (late afternoon/early evening; exact time TBA) 
• The GHX Summit ends: Friday, May 16, 2025 (mid-late morning; exact time TBA)

• Recommended hotel arrival: Tuesday, May 13, prior to 3:00 PM ET 
• Recommended hotel departure: Friday, May 16, after 11:00 AM ET  

The GHX Summit offers early and standard registration options: 

• Early registration (through Feb7, 2025): $999/person 
• Standard registration (starting Feb 8, 2025): $1,600/person  

All attendees receive the following:

• Attendance at General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, Summit20 Talks, User Groups and Solution Overviews (some exceptions may apply based on a specific session's recommended audience)
• Evening networking events
• Meals beginning with heavy hors d'oeuvres at the opening reception on Tuesday, May 13, through breakfast on Friday, May 16

On Wednesday, May 16th, GHX will host an evening event offsite. Location for the evening event will be announced and posted as it becomes available.

No, hotel cost is not included in the GHX Summit registration fee.

Rooms are available at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta for the rate of $285/night plus tax. Rates available for the period starting three days pre-Summit through three days post-Summit, based on hotel availability.

Please book your hotel as soon as possible; availability is first come, first served. The deadline to reserve your room at the negotiated rate is Friday, April 18, 2025. 

Please register for the GHX Summit before booking your hotel room. Upon completion of your event registration, a link to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta's online reservation system will be provided: 

• On your registration confirmation page  
• In the email confirming your Summit registration

To receive the room block rate, you must reserve your room using the GHX-provided link. A credit card is required to reserve a room; no charge will be incurred at the time of reservation. Note that you will receive a hotel confirmation number separate from your GHX Summit registration number.

GHX room block rates are available three days before and after the GHX Summit. Make your extended reservation just as you normally would, entering the full date range of your intended stay. 

A credit card is required for all reservations at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, as is standard practice across the hotel industry. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of reservation.

Please refer to your reservation confirmation email from the Hyatt Regency Atlanta for instructions on modifying your hotel reservation.

Please contact Hyatt Regency Atlanta directly to cancel a room reservation. Contact information can be found on your reservation confirmation email from the Hyatt. Cancelations must be received 72 hours in advance to avoid a 1-night charge.
