Gina Martin has been with AtriCure for 9 years as the Sr. Director of Sales Support for the U.S., Asia and Americas. She leads a dedicated team that supports a “patient first” culture with global efforts striving for customer excellence for hospitals and distributor partners. The Customer Success Teams process thousands of orders per month with a focus on accuracy and white glove services. The team works closely with customers and sales reps that support Afib and Pain Management surgical therapies.

Before joining AtriCure, Gina built her career in the technology sector where she held various leadership roles spanning sales, operations, service and adult learning. During that time, she also helped design and launch several grassroot programs.

She resides near AtriCure headquarters in Mason, Ohio with her husband Tony and their son Samuel.
