Kristin Motter is a strategic sourcing and value analysis consultant at GHX Lumere. She provides support to clients to bring innovative solutions on value analysis processes, clinical sourcing strategies, and clinical engagement.

Motter started her career as a surgical ICU nurse then progressed to an ICU Interventional Radiology, and Cardiovascular Lab nurse. During her time as the manager of Cardiovascular lab, Motter represented her facility on the system value analysis team where she was introduced to Value Analysis. A few years later, she transitioned to the Value Analysis and Sourcing Manager position at a 10-hospital IDN system on the east coast, applying her knowledge of the operational and clinical opportunities, and challenges, faced by healthcare supply chain departments. 

Motter recently served as the Clinical Sourcing Manager at one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the United States, supporting complex contracting initiatives and physician engagement teams. 

Motter is an active member of the Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP) and Association of Healthcare Resource and Materials Management (AHRMM).
