Dale Locklair is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 40 years of leadership experience. In partnership with the senior leadership team at McLeod Health, Locklair served as a C-Suite member and senior vice president responsible for orchestration of the Planning and Facilities Management division for over 17 years, prior to his retirement in 2022. As an industry consultant, Locklair is committed to making healthcare a better-run industry.

Known for process thinking and his skill at developing process designs, Locklair is a champion of comprehensive, system-based solutions that optimize business practices by eliminating waste, optimizing work, and improving quality.  

Locklair earned an MBA from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in plant sciences from Clemson University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and his professional credentials as CMRP, FAHRMM, and CHEP (Masters Level). 

Locklair is the recipient of the 2014 GHX Supply Chain Leadership GHXcellence Award, and the 2003 Burroughs & Chapin Company Employee of the Year.
