Trevor is a forward-thinking Business & Operations Executive with extensive healthcare supply chain expertise, driving process improvements that reduce costs, enhance accuracy, and boost client satisfaction. He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar operations across 10,000+ SKUs while leading and inspiring teams of over 100 employees.

He currently serves as the Director, Supply Chain Operations at Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA where he provides strategic leadership, direction and oversight for medical supplies, linen, and equipment for the health system. He also serves at the Inventory Workstream Lead for the Workday ERP implementation. Finally, Trevor has spearheaded the creation of Grady’s Consolidated Service Center (CSC) that will serve as a hub for medical supplies, pharmacy operations, medical record storage, bed repair, and centralized courier operations for the health system.

Trevor, a native of Memphis, TN, received an MBA and bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville.
