Yan Hao, MHA, MEd, CMRP, CVAHP is the Executive Director of Value Analysis at Beth Israel Lahey Health in Boston. With over a decade of experience advancing clinically integrated value analysis strategy, Yan has led enterprise‑wide value analysis transformation from a single hospital to a 14-hospital integrated delivery network. She has spearheaded complex data integrations involving GHX/Lumere, Workday and Epic transitions, and HealthTrust GPO implementation - delivering significant cost savings while advancing process standardization and evidence-based decision making.

Yan began her career by founding a university-based psychology counseling center before pursuing her Masters of Healthcare Administration. Her expertise spanning psychology, quality and safety, analytics, coding, reimbursement and supply chain uniquely positions her to bridge clinical, operational, and financial priorities with credibility and empathy.

An adjunct faculty member at Suffolk University, Yan teaches Healthcare Supply Chain and Value Analysis. A recipient of numerous national, organizational, and industry honors, Yan is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and developing the next generation of healthcare leaders.
