Berri Heinz is the Director of Capital Procurement at Prisma Health, bringing more than 26 years of procurement experience across the residential construction and healthcare industries. Over the past 16 years at Prisma Health, she has held a variety of progressive supply chain roles, consistently demonstrating strong leadership and strategic acumen.

Berri began her career at Prisma Health as a volunteer Buyer and advanced into leadership, ultimately becoming the organization’s first female Director of Supply Chain Procurement & Supplier Diversity. In that role, she successfully led her teams through the COVID-19 pandemic, five acquisitions, one merger, and two ERP implementations, while maintaining continuity of supply and operational excellence.

In October, Berri transitioned to lead the newly established Capital Procurement team. In this role, she is transforming capital procurement through process improvement, enhanced stakeholder communication and transparency, equipment standardization strategies, and strategic supplier negotiations. Her work focuses on increasing value, enabling bulk purchasing opportunities, and delivering meaningful cost savings across the organization.
