Bill Hendrickson is the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), where he oversees system‑wide supply chain strategy, operational performance, and logistics optimization across the organization’s hospitals and care sites in Illinois and Wisconsin. He stepped into this role in 2024 after previously serving as System Director of Supply Chain Operations at HSHS.

Before joining HSHS, Bill spent more than 15 years with SSM Health, advancing through leadership roles including Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations, Regional Director of Supply Chain Operations, Director of Supply Chain Logistics, and Network Team Leader for Supply Chain Management. His earlier career includes operational and materials management roles in manufacturing and distribution, giving him a broad foundation in both healthcare and industrial supply chain environments.

Bill holds a Master of Business Management from Webster University and studied at the University of Missouri–Columbia. His professional strengths span continuous improvement, strategic sourcing, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and cross‑functional team leadership. He is known for driving efficiency, strengthening supplier partnerships, and building resilient supply chain systems that support high‑quality patient care.
