Patrick is a results-driven leader with over a decade of experience at Medtronic, where he has built a career at the intersection of operational excellence, business transformation, and customer experience in the medical technology industry.
In his current role as Senior Director of Global Customer Care and Order Operations, he leads a global team focused on reimagining how customers interact and transact with Medtronic. By introducing hyper-automation and lean practices, he has driven meaningful improvements in service quality, order visibility, and the end-to-end customer experience across Medtronic's global operations.
Prior to this role, he spearheaded Medtronic's Offer-to-Cash transformation across the Americas — a large-scale initiative designed to modernize the transactional experience for tens of thousands of customers and streamline the processes supporting them. Earlier roles at Medtronic include business development and M&A strategy within the Diabetes business. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
