
Les Grant has had a more than 20-year career in healthcare as an Entrepreneur and Supply Chain & Support Services Executive. He served as the co-founder, VP of Sales, and COO of Medpricer (now Conductiva), where he helped design the company’s unique real-time negotiation platform for hospitals, and led the company through 2 rounds of venture funding prior to its acquisition by Premier Inc. He then spent 8 years at Mount Sinai Health System in New York City as Corporate Director of Materials Management. He served as Director of Regional Contracting for HealthTrust Performance Group, and in 2022 became VP Supply Chain for Beth Israel Lahey Health System. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, Support Services & Facilities at BILH. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt from Dartmouth Thayer School of Engineering, and a Masters in Management from Harvard University’s School of Extended Studies. He is the proud father of 2 very big boys, ages 4 and 6.
