Laura Waters is an accomplished healthcare leader and registered nurse with 17 years of clinical experience and more than eight years in progressive leadership roles within complex health systems. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Clinical Resource Integration at Providence Health System, leading strategy and operations for value analysis, consumption management, clinical conversions, and supply savings across all of Providence’s acute ministries. Known for a collaborative, influence-based leadership style, she partners with physicians and clinical leaders to reduce variation, strengthen supply resiliency, and improve quality and cost outcomes. Laura holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration, a BSN, and obtained her CNOR in 2011.
