Dave Sloniker is a former Senior Executive Service member and retired Army Medical Service Corps officer with more than 30 years of healthcare supply chain experience. In his role at TISTA, he partners with business units to deliver innovative solutions for government and commercial clients, integrating Healthcare IT and supply chain strategies. At the VA, he led department-wide supply chain modernization initiatives, and during his Army career, he directed healthcare delivery, supply chain IT, and medical logistics organizations. Dave holds a Master of Strategic Studies, an MBA, and a BA in Psychology, and completed executive courses at Harvard University.
