Mr. Hammer is a senior GS employee with the Veterans Health Administration working on modernizing the Supply Chain systems.  He has extensive federal government experience in IT and Program Management after more than 27 years working with the Army and DoD. He was instrumental in the implementation of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) across the Army’s TDA facilisties from 2002-2004, he was also the DMLSS Program Manager for the Defense Health Agency from 2014-2016, and continued to work in DOW TDA positions until his retirement in 2019.  Dave is level III DAWIA certified in Program Management, Lice-cycle Logistics and Science and Technology Management.
