Deborah Avalos is Director of Procurement Services at Northwestern Medicine, leading a $3B portfolio across pharmacy, medical, surgical, and lab categories. A nurse with more than 20 years of healthcare and supply chain experience, she co-developed and directs the NMHC Value Analysis Program, driving systemwide standardization and collaboration across its 11 hospitals. Deborah oversees Procurement Analytics and supports P2P optimization and distribution strategy. She also champions workforce diversity, talent development, and supplier inclusion initiatives.
