Shawn Boyle serves as the Purchasing Manager for Data Management at UC Health in Cincinnati, where she oversees the organization’s Item Master and contract database. Over the past nine years, she has been instrumental in building and leading the Master Data Management team, growing it into a high-performing group of five.

Her work focuses on standardizing data and eliminating data discrepancies across both Oracle and the GHX platform, driving consistency, accuracy, and alignment across systems. Shawn has led several key initiatives that have enhanced data integrity, streamlined procurement processes, and reduced administrative burden across the organization. Notably, she spearheaded the data conversion from Lawson to Oracle, delivering a highly accurate and successful transition.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
