
Substitution & Cancellation Policy
SUBSTITUTIONS
If you are no longer able to attend the Summit, your event registration may be transferred to another individual within your organization at no cost. Substitution requests must be emailed to summit@ghx.com as early as possible, and no later than May 11, 2026.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event you must cancel registration, cancellations received:
- On or before February 28, 2026, will receive a 100% refund minus a $40 cancelation fee
- March 1 through April 18, 2026, will receive a 50% refund
- On or after April 19, 2026, will not be issued a refund
Cancellation requests must be received in writing and emailed to summit@ghx.com. You must contact your hotel, airline, and other transportation providers directly for any hotel or travel cancellations. These entities may impose cancellation charges or change fees or penalties.
