William (Will) J. Lee, Jr. is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence, and Support Services. As the senior director of Supply Chain & Support Services at Connecticut Children's, he oversees a team of 155 professionals across procurement, contracting, value analysis, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and support services. 
Lee has successfully implemented strategic initiatives that have resulted in multimillion-dollar cost savings, enhanced operational efficiencies, and improved service delivery. His leadership was instrumental in the seamless execution of the Oracle ERP system and the launch of a Supplier Diversity program, fostering inclusivity in procurement practices. He has also led major infrastructure projects, including the procurement strategy for a new hospital tower, transition to operational readiness, and launch a state of the art 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse.

An advocate for innovation and collaboration, Lee has strengthened vendor partnerships, optimized inventory management, and driven service recovery efforts to enhance patient, family, and staff satisfaction. He is also one of the founding members of the New England Value Analysis Committee and serves as president of the Capital City Education Alliance.

Lee’s expertise in strategic procurement, ERP optimization, and process improvement continues to drive impactful change across healthcare supply chain & support services operations.
