As a board-certified Registered Nurse with experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, Danielle Westerland brings her passion for high-quality heart failure care to the growing value analysis program at Virtua Health. Working with complex patients who touch many facets of the complex healthcare system has led to a passion for clinical and operational partnership that drives standardization and cost reduction in the cardiac service-line. This passion for partnership has pioneered relationships with clinicians, operational leaders, and supply chain professionals throughout the organization to buy-in to the value of value analysis and Supply Chain's commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery. When she isn't baking sourdough or hiking, Westerland is brainstorming new and improved processes to support her clinicians and elevate the standards of a clinically integrated supply chain.
