Drew Fite is a senior ecommerce consultant at Roche Diagnostics, where he leads Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) initiatives aimed at achieving order automation and order effectiveness goals. In this role, Fite is also responsible for stakeholder education around the benefits of EDI and for developing impactful reporting to drive strategic decisions.

Prior to his current role, Fite held various positions across warehousing management, process improvement, and analytics, contributing to enhanced operational efficiencies and team performance. With close to six years at Roche, he brings a deep passion for process improvement and data analytics.

Fite holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and an MBA with a focus in Marketing. His combined experience in ecommerce, analytics and supply chain operations positions him as a key driver of digital transformation within the organization.
