Jeff Giles is an accomplished leader with 25 years of experience in supply chain management and digital payments.

Jeff has served in his role as ePay Customer Development Manager since joining GHX in 2021 and brings over 15 years of experience developing and growing customer digital payment programs. In his role, Jeff collaborates with Accounts Payable, Supply Chain and Finance teams at some of the largest health systems to deliver savings, automation and an exceptional customer experience.

In addition, Jeff has over 10 years of supply chain experience, specializing in implementing and developing strategic supplier relationships focused on reducing cost and enhancing value.   

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green State University, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
