Roel Bosma is a Netherlands-based leader in digital transformation and currently serves as the director of Global E-Business & Digital Innovation for Global Customer Care and Order Operations at Medtronic.

In his role, Bosma’s organization is tasked with identifying, implementing and operationalizing digitization solutions and understanding how existing and emerging technologies can fundamentally change business operations. 

Bosma fosters synergy across the APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions, leading transformational projects that drive innovation, operational efficiency and customer experience in the healthcare sector. 

Bosma and his team have spearheaded the creation of multi-year digital transformation roadmaps, enabling the Global Customer Care and Order Operations organization to navigate their transformation journeys effectively. 

With degrees in Business Engineering and Commercial Electrical Engineering, he possesses a robust foundation for leveraging technology for strategic growth. Applying insights into digital strategies and supply chain management, Bosma hopes to share some interesting perspectives on the role of technology in the supplier and healthcare sectors.
