Denise Barajas is the procurement lead at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. She has been in this position for over three years. In this role, Barajas supports five buyers and an analyst on their day-to-day workload. 
Barajas’ team works proactively with internal and external key contacts to anticipate risks and minimize supply chain disruptions. 

Barajas has been in supply chain for over 18 years. Before Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, she worked at Canon in where she was part of two major ERP system transitions. She brings her expertise in adaptability along with her supply chain experience to healthcare.
