Michael Ferguson serves as a customer success marketplace advisor on the GHX Customer Success team. In this capacity, Ferguson provides guidance on digital supply chain transformation, care variation reduction, value-based care best practices, and maximizing GHX solutions to enable the clinically integrated supply chain. He has over 40 years of experience in healthcare and manufacturing supply chain management processes and systems.
Ferguson joined Prodigo Solutions in 2014 leading the account management team. Prior
to joining Prodigo, Mike spent seven years as the Category Manager, Information Technology and Services with UPMC where he was responsible for all technology and telecom annual spend including hardware, software (clinical and non-clinical), consulting services, infrastructure, and networking.
He also spent over 30 years at Alcoa (AA) in various enterprise business roles including finance, government, supply chain, and construction. He was the Req2Pay team leader in the global deployment of the Oracle ERP suite with extensive global sourcing experience, serving as the purchasing manager – Africa and Global Capital Manager, for Primary Products.
