Kim Madden, PMP, is currently a program manager of Strategy and Transformation within UPMC’s supply chain management organization. With over 25 years of experience in supply chain, project management, and process improvement¾19 of which have been dedicated to healthcare and systems implementation —Madden is a recognized transformation expert. At UPMC, she specializes in leading complex, cross-organizational projects and change management initiatives.

Previously, Madden served as an implementation consultant / senior program manager with GHX / Prodigo Solutions, and senior process consultant at UPMC. She has also held roles at FreeMarkets, Inc. and Micronomics, Inc. 

Madden holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. She earned her B.A. in International Economics from The George Washington University (Washington, D.C).
