Dietmar Hein is currently a vice president in the Financial Process and Order-To-Cash headquarter organization at Siemens Healthineers, where he leads the deployment implementation team for a new SAP system covering Order-To-Cash , Customer Service and IFRS15 compliant finance processes for North America. With over 28 years of global experience in the Siemens family, the last seven years spent in digital supply chain management, Hein has driven significant improvements in on-time in-full (OTIF) performance through the integration of cutting-edge technologies like Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP, helping to streamline real-time, closed-loop planning and enhance customer delivery accuracy.
Hein has been instrumental in using advanced AI, machine learning, and big data to drive supply chain resilience, reduce disruptions, and improve cost efficiency. His leadership in aligning business processes with digital tools directly correlates with efforts to enhance transactional data and OTIF metrics, contributing to better performance and partner alignment. He has a proven track record of implementing strategies that not only optimize business models but also ensure a more responsive and resilient supply chain, making him uniquely qualified to speak on building collaborative, data-driven supply chain solutions in healthcare.
