Gennady Beyzarov has over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, specializing in supply chain management and analytics. He currently serves as the supply chain manager for Business Systems & Analytics at Boston Children's Hospital, leading the integration of business systems within the supply chain, optimizing efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making.

In addition to his role at Boston Children's, Beyzarov is an instructor at Cornell University where he teaches a comprehensive suite of courses in Analytics and Negotiation. He also serves as the chair of the Education Committee for the New England chapter of AHRMM, contributing to the advancement of industry knowledge and best practices.

Beyzarov holds a Master of Business Administration from Binghamton University.
