Dave Sloniker is a former member of the Senior Executive Service and retired Army Medical Service Corps officer, with over 30 years of experience specializing in healthcare supply chain. In his newly created role at TISTA, Sloniker collaborates with business units to deliver innovative solutions to government and commercial clients and drives growth by integrating the healthcare IT and supply chain sectors.
During Sloniker’s tenure at the VA, he was responsible for supply chain modernization efforts across the department of Veterans Affairs. He led organizations that provided direct healthcare delivery, healthcare supply chain IT solutions, and medical material and biomedical maintenance logistics services.
Sloniker holds a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, master’s in Business Administration from Webster University, and bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Washington, Seattle. Recently, Sloniker completed courses in Influence and Persuasion in Leadership and Effective Organizational Communications from Harvard University.
