Georgette Durgin is a transformation project manager in Corporate Services, supporting Finance and Supply Chain projects and initiatives at MaineHealth in Portland, Maine. Durgin has served as a supply chain professional for 40 years, of which 34 years were in a management role, overseeing supply chain operations.
Durgin recently transitioned to a project manager role overseeing initiatives like P2P automation, system-wide policy updates, and the relaunch of MaineHealth’s vendor management program, collaborating with stakeholders in all regions and its vendor community.
For 15 years, Durgin has served as a Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CRMP). She was nominated as Caregiver of the Year for her commitment to excellence and compassion, delivering supply chain services during the COVID pandemic era. Durgin completed MaineHealth’s Operational Transformation Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
