Irena Warriner has dedicated 12 years to Eskenazi Health, starting her career in the burn unit where she worked with burn survivors and amputee patients. Warriner currently serves as the manager of Data Integrity for Supply Chain, where she leads a team that collaborates with clinical teams and purchasing to enhance patient care through efficient supply chain solutions. 

Over the past five years, Warriner has spearheaded several SAP ERP upgrades, including pioneering the SAP and Prodigo GHX Marketplace implementation in 2024. Under her leadership, Eskenazi Health ranked 4th out of 186 providers in the first year of implementing the GHX Exchange, GHX Marketplace, and ePay platform. 

Additionally, Warriner contributes to Eskenazi Health's culture of inclusion as a charter member of the ConnectAbility ERG for people with disabilities, a member of the Inclusion Council, and an IDEA trainer for HHC, Eskenazi Health, MCHD, and IEMS, all dedicated to promoting equity and inclusion.
