Robbi Katz is an experienced professional with a dynamic background in electronic data interchange (EDI) and master data management. She began her career in the EDI department of a large corporation in Broomfield, CO, where she spent eight years mastering coding, setting up purchase orders, and troubleshooting. This foundational experience led her to transition into master data management at Terumo BCT, where she has now served for 12 years.

Katz takes immense pride in working at Terumo BCT, a company dedicated to advancing scientific research and developing faster methods for T-cell production to aid in cancer treatment. In her role as manager of Customer Master Data and Electronic Systems, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise. 

Katz has successfully implemented the use of GHX to streamline report delivery to sales representatives and established rules for referencing new materials when sunsetting old ones. Her efforts have significantly contributed to onboarding new customers to GHX, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team.
