Joshua Grulke is responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations strategy across the Allina Health enterprise. Grulke also manages the individual hospitals' procurement, supply management, and distribution programs and ensures the alignment of best practices and policies across all departments and facilities. 

Grulke participates in and drives the distribution strategy, operations, and associated third-party relationships and provides consultative, operational, and technical support to hospitals, management, and the corporate office. He also develops, implements and coordinates programs across the enterprise and sets short and long-term financial objectives and initiatives for supply chain operations. At Allina Health, Supply Chain operations currently supports 12 hospital campuses with 100+ clinic locations.
