Joe Caristi is the chief financial officer of Speare Memorial Hospital, an independent critical access hospital in central New Hampshire. With experience spanning private practice, tertiary care, government healthcare, and rural health, Caristi brings a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare delivery. His passion for system improvement led him to earn an M.S. in Healthcare Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
A firm believer in systems thinking, Caristi works closely with operational teams to enhance efficiency and financial performance. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Plymouth State University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
