Two years after City of Hope’s acquisition of Cancer Treatment Centers of America, the organization is well on its way to completing its people, processes and technology integration. However, merging its separate ERP systems remains an ongoing effort. In this session, City of Hope will share information about its unique but strategic M&A approach and how it impacts their organizational transformation. Attendees will also learn about the IDN’s recent experiences deploying GHX Marketplace as a shared supply chain technology.
