Barbara McRay is the director of Rebates at Owens & Minor (O&M). She has been part of the Rebate team since joining O&M in 2019.

McRay’s career journey includes over 25 years of manufacturing-related experience in both Finance and Operations roles with Reynolds Metals/Alcoa and Altria Group Companies. She has served in roles supporting plant operations as a Plant Controller and implementation of offshore operations in supply chain development and materials purchasing manager roles.

McRay received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and subsequently obtained Certified Public Accountant certification (inactive).
