Travis Miller is the VP of Supply Chain Operations, for the Midwest Region of Advocate Health in Illinois and Wisconsin, reporting directly to the Chief Procurement Officer. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategy, management, efficiencies related to Supply Chain operations and distribution across all hospitals, surgery centers and clinics.
Prior to joining the Supply Chain team, Miller spent his first couple of years in hospital operations managing inventory and business support for cardiac services at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. His experience at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center provided insight and experience in supply chain strategies and implementing cost savings opportunities. Miller has spent the last 10 years in various roles in supply including sourcing manager, manager of data analytics, director of operations, and serving as the supply chain lead for the Workday (ERP) implementation. The various roles held in hospital operations and supply chain have allowed him to best position his team and lead supply chain operations in keeping the delivery of care as the center of focus.
Miller earned his bachelor’s degree and his Master of Business Administration with a health care concentration from Lakeland University, formerly Lakeland College near Sheboygan, WI. He has been a part of the Advocate Health Supply Chain team that most recently ranked #5 in The Gartner Healthcare Supply Chain Top 25 for 2023.
