Jack Koczela, MBA is a visionary and passionate healthcare leader with over ten years of supply chain, analytics and IT experience in highly complex, academic healthcare institutions. He currently serves as the director of Sourcing & Transformation – Supply Chain at Froedtert Health in Milwaukee Wisconsin. 

In this role, Koczela directs and controls all aspects of supply chain analytics services, self-distribution, courier, and print services. In 2020, Koczela was named a Bellwether League Future Famer in recognition of “contributions to the healthcare supply chain profession through innovative initiatives and projects.” 

In 2022, GHX named him a GHX Healthcare Hero for his leadership in supply chain cloud transformation and leadership during the COVID-19 crisis. 

Koczela is an experienced project leader for major system initiatives including value analysis improvement, enterprise system implementations, M&A activities, and multi-million dollar construction projects. Koczela enjoys leading and working with highly engaged, diverse, and cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering results and delighting customers. 

Koczela received his bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.
