Nancy Montemarano is an experienced senior leader of Commercial Operations with demonstrated achievements in the medical device and technology industry. Montemarano is currently the VP, Commercial Contracting for BD, which encompasses contract development and negotiation, price management, distributor chargeback operations and customer incentive programs. With over 30 years of experience, she is skilled in change management, finance, business process, pricing strategy and execution, business planning and analytics, sales operations, contract development and negotiation and chargeback operations.
Montemarano’s organizational technical landscape includes multiple ERP pricing/contracting systems, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and automation tools including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Contract Lifecycle Mgt. (CLM), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), automated bots, and others.
Montemarano is deeply focused on driving process efficiency and accuracy and how to improve the customer experience, ultimately impacting the delivery of healthcare to patients. She serves as co-chair of the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) Pricing Accuracy Steering Committee, focusing on standards and best practices that improve pricing accuracy across a very complex healthcare industry supply chain.
