Brandon Droz is a seasoned healthcare supply chain professional with over 12 years of extensive experience in supply chain operations, systems management, strategic sourcing, inventory control, procure-to-pay processes, and distribution. With a track record of success in senior operational and consulting roles, Brandon Droz has consistently delivered results by driving operational efficiencies, cost savings, revenue generation, and fostering strategic partnerships. 

Having spent nine years with HCA as a hospital supply chain operator, Droz honed his expertise in optimizing supply chain functions to meet the dynamic demands of healthcare delivery. Following this tenure, Droz spent two years at Premier Inc. within its Enterprise Supply Chain Advisory Services practice, creating strategies and innovative solutions to meet client needs, particularly when margin improvement is critical amidst the economic challenges facing healthcare today.   

Currently serving as the associate vice president of Procure-to-Pay in Corporate Supply Chain at MUSC in Charleston, South Carolina, Droz is entrusted with crafting the strategic vision for procure-to-pay operations and leading digital transformation initiatives. In this role, He demonstrates a unique blend of leadership, innovation, and analytical expertise to drive operational excellence and enhance efficiencies across the supply chain. 

Droz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, both earned from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
