Ryan Cunningham is responsible for the management of EDI digital automation for consignment order types and touchless ordering within the U.S. Region for Johnson and Johnson - MedTech. He is responsible for the JNJEDI GFAX order channel, automation of manual order processing, national customer account support, and overall EDI data support and adoption.
He manages the EDI inflows and outflows for JNJ North America along with key strategic partnerships with GHX, JNJ Customer Service groups, and external customers such as HCA.
Cunningham has more than four years of experience with Johnson & Johnson in various Finance and EDI roles.
