Kelley Young has had a long career in servant leadership in healthcare. Building on her early experience in management across inpatient and outpatient care settings in women’s and children and cardiovascular service lines, Young then moved to Supply Chain Management, directing a portfolio of over $750 Million.
Young is a pioneer in implementing the Clinically Integrated Supply Chain, which optimizes the process of Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis in the top IDN’s in the country. She has seen the value of reliable data, and combined contract, procurement, reimbursement, and clinical outcomes data to provide actionable information to address cost per case with clinical leaders.
Young believes it is essential to build relationships with physicians and clinical leaders to deliver the highest quality information to make informed decisions on product selection. Her current role is clinical director of Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis for Henry Ford Health in Detroit, Michigan.
Young is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.
