Carmen Winfield is the vice president of Supply Chain at McLeod Health, a 6-hospital regional medical center and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN). She has been with McLeod Health for over 18 years.
Winfield is responsible for the strategic vision, growth, and operational management of the supply chain functions. She oversees the essential functions for value analysis, strategic sourcing, procure-to-pay, supply chain information systems, retail operations, a centralized distribution center, and an on-site laundry and print shop.
Before joining McLeod Health, Winfield spent 10 years in grocery distribution working in purchasing, category management, logistics, and customer service.
Winfield has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and an MBA from Liberty University.
