Over the course of his 30-year healthcare industry career, Robert Brandt has served in leadership roles covering sales, support and operations, working with healthcare organizations across their spectrum of care, clinical teams and operations. The greater part of his work has been focused on the distribution and supply chain segment.
Brandt joined the Medline team in 2014, as part of the field sales organization, before moving to the company’s sales support organization. In sales support, Brandt developed and deployed process enhancements and technology to meet the challenges and complexities within the customers supply chains.
In 2020, Brandt took responsibility for the Medline Prime Vendor Analyst (PVA) organization, a team of 350 people supporting Medline distribution customers in all care areas across the U.S. The PVA team focuses on delivering fill rate and price accuracy excellence making it easier to “help healthcare happen.” Brandt travels the country listening to and working with customers, building relationships with industry partners, and exploring new opportunities to build a better healthcare supply chain.
Brandt is a published author and he and his family lead a non-profit organization focused on education and support for families dealing with addiction. They have been recognized nationally for their efforts.
