Damania has presented best practices at leading conferences, including Gartner, SMI, LogiMed and GHX, and facilitates collaboration across various healthcare industry stakeholders, including providers, distributors and manufacturers. Additionally, Damania supports the adoption of new capabilities to improve efficiency, innovation and service.
Damania is a board member of the University of Dayton’s Operations Management Council and the Supplier Advisory Council Member for Healthcare Industry Resiliency Council. He is a volunteer member of the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Advisory Council.
