Michele Dupras serves as a customer success executive on the GHX Client Success team. With a keen focus on digital supply chain transformation, care variation reduction, and value-based care best practices, Dupras expertly guides client executive teams in harnessing the full potential of GHX solutions to achieve their strategic objectives.   

With a rich 30-year career in the healthcare industry, Dupras has honed her expertise in areas such as health system profitability and efficiency, organizational development, patient outcome improvement tools, community relations marketing, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Throughout her career, Dupras has provided strategic guidance to hospitals and health systems across the country. 

Prior to joining GHX, her diverse professional experience included roles as a Director of Corporate Accounts, Field Sales Trainer, Managed Health Care Marketing, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Sales. 

Dupras holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Rivier University.
