As the vice president of Performance & Impact, she drives business & social value for Kaiser Permanente by optimizing service delivery, mitigating risk, engaging customers, delivering performance & talent management strategies, and enhancing the social, economic, and environmental impact of operations.
Nwosu serves on the boards of the Center for Environmental Heath, MAKERS@, Linkage and Utuh USA. She is the founder and host of The Pink Couch, a platform that addresses issues impacting women, underserved and underrepresented communities.
Nwosu earned a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, is a Carol Emmott Fellow, and completed Executive Leadership Residencies at both Harvard Business School and the International Federation of Health Plans.
