Urvi Shah is responsible for the management of EDI digital capabilities within the US Region for MedTech. She is responsible for the strategic vendor relationship management for all 3rd Party Value Added Networks (VANs), and leads the team in development, assessment, and piloting of new digital solutions, and supports API & automation strategic initiatives. In addition, Shah oversees daily operations, process changes, new customer implementations for Order to Cash transactions.

Shah has over 20 years of experience with Johnson & Johnson in various Supply Chain and IT roles. As a product owner for EDI on the North America- US Customer Services Capabilities team, she was responsible for EDI Order to Cash operations across all 3 segments (MedTech, Pharm and Consumer) and base business teams. She also supported the development and implementation of multiple EDI and GHX projects resulting in better customer experience, process improvement and order automation.
