Don Emery is the corporate procure-to-pay manager for HCA in Nashville, Tennessee. In his current role, Emery has been instrumental in several automation initiatives, including automating Bill Only and Bill & Replace purchase orders. He is currently leading the Bill Only EDI initiative for HCA.

Before becoming the procure-to-pay manager, Emery was purchasing manager for the HealthTrust Supply Chain - Nashville where he led a team of buyers for two companies covering over 100 facilities.   Emery consistently exceeds corporate expectations in purchasing key performance indicators. 

Prior to HCA, Emery was the manager of Operations for Cytotech Labs, LLC, where he was responsible for getting three drugs to Phase II Clinical Trials with the FDA.  
Emery received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
